Mr. Johnson – Thanks for finally publishing this book. Just one thing I found odd. If I order through your website and pay by credit card or PayPal, Upper Creek Publishing charges me $24.95 + $6.99 shipping and handling, or $31.94. If I order through your website and pay by check or money order, Upper Creek Publishing charges me $24.95 + $7.99 shipping and handling, or $32.94. If I order through Amazon.com, Upper Creek Publishing charges me $24.95 + $3.99 shipping and handling, or $28.94. Seeing as how Upper Creek Publishing is handling things each way, this seems strange.
