The number of visitors to this site has been very good lately. I suppose that’s what happens when one makes an effort to update more regularly.  It has fallen off since the beginning of this month, something I attributed to the holiday last week, but it continues to be down a bit. Perhaps it’s just too hot for any but literal surfing. (Do other people still “surf” the Web? I know I do, but I don’t hear anyone call it “surfing” much anymore.) Still, the numbers are good, and I thank you. Yes, Big Brother is tracking you.
