Did your favorite college basketball team make it to the big tournament? With 68 teams in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship, there’s a good chance! I’m not going to give them much more free publicity than the considerable free publicity they’re already going to get, but certain principals are offering $1 billion to the person who correctly fills out the bracket in advance. (Anyone still reading knows what I’m talking about.) Before you get excited and start spending that money, you might want to read about what you have to do and the odds against you.
