At the spring arts festival, exploring the recesses of the artistic mind in a special threefer. This sequence of comic strips was based on an arts festival once held in April in the small town where I was living at the time it was drawn. Pursuant to our conversation yesterday, the festival set a standard for entry, perhaps a subjective standard but a standard nevertheless. That show was terminated, however, and replaced with another spring festival with—I guess—a broader appeal. Speaking of questionable art, we’re going to get to our own A&J art sale soon, and for a good cause, too.
