A pithy comic strip about life, love, lust and puthy cats.

Snow lie

I believe today’s newspaper cartoon is a cat cartoon, so we might as well make a day of it. Winter is returning soon, and I picked an old cartoon from 1999, to get us in the mood. Well, I didn’t say it would be a good mood.

If I correctly recall the posts that have appeared here in recent weeks, we have at least one regular in our midst who resides in France. We all wish “Soleil” good luck in coping with fuel shortages and the rolling manifestations. Did you know that is the French word for “demonstrations?” Manifestations are very much a fact of life in France, which tends to work against you if you have a grievance. Protestors must keep at it several days before anyone really notices.
