Extra, Extra!

The house always wins

Continuing, for some reason, with our recent theme of software interface.

Events Friday simply did not leave me any time for a much-needed update here at arloandjanis.com, but I did post some information on Sunday, if you care to look below. The news since then is good! Preorder mailings of Beaucoup Arlo & Janis are ahead of what I anticipated.  A significant portion of the books should begin arriving at their distination at any time, and all the books should be out the door today, except for the international orders. Those we hope to have in the mail by Thanksgiving Day. For our friends in other lands, that would be this Thursday.

I want to thank all of you who participated in my “Sorta Preorder” program. Thank you, of course, for buying the book, but thank you also for being a willing Guinea pig as we learned how to do this. You’ve been very supportive and cooperative and helpful, plus we got a little lucky on this end. Let me tell you! There were a couple of days last week when I allowed myself to become just a tad concerned.

We’re going to take a breath now, then I’ll address the subject of general sales of Beaucoup Arlo & Janis.
