I thought with all this talk about cooking maybe this old cartoon would be appreciated.

I don’t think I could maintain this site the way I do without Akismet, the spam blocker that traps and throws out literally hundreds of malicious messages every week. However, it has come to my attention again lately that it sometimes, for reasons known only to Akismet, traps legitimate messages and sends them to the “spam” graveyard.  I won’t know when this happens, because there simply are too many spam messages for me to monitor them for good stuff. However, if you ever post here and your post never shows up, let me know, and I think I can correct the situation. (This is assuming, of course, there is no legitimate reason for your post to be rejected: you know what I mean.)
