From ten years ago today. As I recall, this was an attempt to remedy the brown shark fin on top of Janis’ head. I’ve never been happy with it. Unlike Janis, I was rather satisfied with her new ‘do. However, it didn’t take long for the shark fin to grow back, seemingly of its own accord. And Arlo’s hair! Don’t get me started on Arlo’s hair! Cartoon hair isn’t easy to draw.

Anyone given any thought to what they are giving up for Lent? Personally, I was thinking liver and beets, but I’m pretty sure that would be cheating.
I’m Jewish, so I’m giving up the same thing this year as always: I’m giving up Lent for Lent. Humph! The reply box had my name and stuff right up until I clicked Reply, but it’s not there now. I’m making sure to click the Save box; let’s see if it does.
A pipe in back has burst apparently and flooded the back half of house. I have called my plumber, am on list. Water department is coming to turn off water.
Ghost is in kitchen filling water jugs for cooking and drinking. Filling tub for toilets. Looking for homes in south Mississippi again.
Sorry to hear about the flood, Jackie. You and Ghost be careful. Although I guess Ghost is the more likely to get in the slick stuff, since you don’t have any business getting out anyway.
