A lot of people, I think, view a new year’s resolution as akin to a superstition and therefore sniff at the idea, the way a lot of us deny we watch television. We’re too smart for that. Actually, I watch a little television now and then, and I don’t see anything wrong with assigning an arbitrary point in the revolution of the sun where I remind myself that it never hurts to address my faults. So, I have made a couple of resolutions this year which should go a long way toward making me the person I want people to think I am. What? Well, I can’t tell you, then they wouldn’t come true!
