A pithy comic strip about life, love, lust and puthy cats.

Extra, Extra!

A matter of degree

I hope that by now you’ve noticed I took a little time off for Thanksgiving. After ragging on the forces of evil last week and letting the subject linger on the servers for days, I must say I had a memorable and interesting Thanksgiving. (Thanks, Rick, Amy and Andrew!)

The comic strip above is one of the earliest A&J cartoons you will ever see, from November, 1985. It may have run here before, but to be honest I’ve stopped worrying about that. I know for a fact that the older stuff appears here more than once, because I can’t keep up, but no one seems to notice—or is tactless enough to comment. Anyway, I’m easing my way back in today, because I’ve got something special planned for the next few days. Be sure to check back!

And the Christmas season has my permission to begin.
