All’s well that ends

Finally. The end of the “Peggy Sue” series. Jeff from Ann Arbor wrote this morning to tell me he’s had trouble posting. He would get a return message informing him of duplicate posts, although he’d made only one, if I understood him. Has anyone else had similar problems? If so, drop me an email about it.

One of Jeff’s rejected comments was a very informative post about sourdough bread, so I hope we get this thing worked out. I want to thank all who sent me bread-baking tips, which is exactly what I hoped you’d do. As I see it, bread baking is a lot like playing chess: it’s very easy to learn, but you can spend the rest of your life trying to master it. Must run this morning!
