We were talking yesterday about the slippery slope of standards. Yes, we were. Remember when you started hearing about “Casual Friday” and such? That was when people in office jobs were allowed to dress one day a week in more relaxed attire than usual. Remember office jobs? Well, I’m betting that for most of those who still have one, casual is the code five days a week. I’m not saying that’s a bad thing. I wouldn’t want some young person who might accidentally blunder onto this site to think all we do is talk about how much better things used to be. But I digress. I liked this cartoon a lot when I drew it in 2003, but it probably wouldn’t work so well if it were drawn today for a number of reasons.
