 The
comic strip "Eek and Meek" ran for many years and was a
stablemate of "Arlo and Janis" at NEA/United Media. The
cast did, indeed, begin comic-strip life as mice but
were converted to humans along the way. It has
ceased to publish since this cartoon appeared, but the
author, Howie Schneider, has begun an excellent, new
strip called
"The Sunshine Club."
