A pithy comic strip about life, love, lust and puthy cats.

GWTW: Romantic fiction

By Jimmy Johnson

I did it. I managed to stretch this GWTW thing out to Friday. Those of you too disciplined or too busy or too, uh, energetically challenged to have already looked back to 1997 on the comics.com Web site have now been exposed, over two weeks, to the entire six-day A&J send-up of a scene from the movie Gone with the Wind.

A lot of my New Year’s resolutions are showing surprising stamina in 2011, at least the ones related to neglected chores around the house. They have, I fear, taken some of my attention from the Web site, but I have other resolutions of a professional nature that have yet to kick in, so maybe you’ll reap benefits in the near future. Isn’t “maybe” a lovely word?
