A pithy comic strip about life, love, lust and puthy cats.

I miss the patter of little feats

By Jimmy Johnson

Young Gene with cardboard tube

I thought you might like to see an older cartoon with a young Gene. I’m going to be showing cartoons from 1992 the next few days, cartoons that have never run on the Web before and some of the older material I’ve shown. I really got a kick out of the little-kid gags as I was selecting this stuff. I miss doing those! No wonder so many television sit-coms contrived circumstances to allow the introduction of a moppet after the original moppets got too old to be so gosh-darn cute.

I’m going to be busy much of the day, so moderation may be a little more delayed than usual.
