I’m certain no one has seen this old Sunday A&J since it appeared in newspapers in 1989. If I don’t always have time for sparkling repartee (This morning would be an example.), at least my visitors to this Web site will be treated to comic strips they won’t see anywhere else. Arlo & Janis used to be wordier than it is today, but this particular entry is wordy for any time period. The humor, however, is very typical of the strip at the time it was drawn. Janis was a very insecure young wife. Speaking of sparkling repartee, I now know what subject gets you people excited: weed whackers!
