OK, here’s an update. The books are in transit, actually on a big truck somewhere in the vast heartland. They should arrive well before the end of the week. You who reserved a copy should receive an email before the end of the week as well. The book generally should be available on the Internet beginning Monday, Nov. 21. I know it doesn’t seem like it, but this is not far off the scheduled that was established after it was apparent the initial October targets could not be met. If it seems to you this thing has dragged on, just try to imagine how I feel.
