I thought I’d try to get things back on track here with another old headed-for-the-beach cartoon. Having given a number of talks lately, I know how Arlo feels. True, I’ve been doing humor for over 25 years, and I know there always are readers out there thinking, “Huh?” However, I’ve never had to stand at a podium and watch their faces. It isn’t pleasant.

The boat saga continues in newspapers today. I hope you’re enjoying it. I’ve enjoyed creating the boat-related drawings. Obviously, it’s more work, but I’ve needed to stretch myself a bit lately.
