Creator of the comic strip 'Arlo & Janis,' Mr. Johnson first encountered an armadillo when he was 7 years old and visiting cousins in Mobile, Alabama. He has never forgotten the experience and considers it a turning point in his life. He is uncommonly well suited to be a professional cartoonist.
We paused yesterday to note the passing of author Robert B. Parker. The day before that, I’d posted an innocuous cartoon about e-mail, from 10 years ago. Today, I resume with the second cartoon in that series, and the plot thickens.
