The plumbing adventures from 2015 continue. See the large letter “T” to the left? That’s a little something I found lurking in my updated WordPress version. Pretty classy, Huh? Yeah, but the only problem is, I have to write enough, so the text will wrap around the big “T,” or it will look really dumb. Did I mention it’s a nice day here? Finally! The sun is shining, and the temperature should rise into the 60s.

For those of us who remember Apollo 8, I strongly recommend today’s APoD: https://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap181223.html
Beautiful
Today’s great big T, and yesterday’s I are what’s called “drop caps.” You can probably adjust the size, JJ, so that you don’t feel you have to write so much. I’d think that enough to span three lines of text should be enough.
Don’t mention the “bastard file” to Janis, Arlo. She might blush or, even worse, want to know where to find it so she can look up someone.
And here’s the backstory of that photo of the day to celebrate its 50th anniversary:

You should know that many of us do our development and redesign in an environment known as a “sandbox”. That way we do not have to inflict all of the painful iterative steps on our adoring public.
I thought you would enjoy it!
Today I played a clarinet solo in church. As I returned to my seat, I could only think about the mistakes I had made (the biggest was not raising the music stand high enough so my trifocals didn’t blur any notes!). But no one listening had focused on my errors, but had listened to and enjoyed what I had done right… maybe I can learn something from that?
About 10 years ago, my company made a stainless steel cylinder that injected Urea (ammonia) in an exhaust system that processed the pollutants so that the exhaust that came out was cleaner. We had to weld a nozzle and we noticed that we had a potential issue that I was forced to sort for a 11:30 at night. I got home at three and then had to return to work by 8:00 AM. When my wife got in my car that weekend I still had left on the passenger seat. I can’t find a picture of the part that we made, but it literally looks like a human male urea injection module.
Ah, and who doesn’t love a good Christmas story 🙂
