OK, you can stop now. Most people see the green button. It seems those who don’t either have a browser that has been instructed to not run “script,” a setting that can be changed. (Don’t ask me anything more about that.) Or you’re at work and your bosses don’t want you using the “Send to” function and have told the computers to not let you.
