Mark was correct in that it was Ian who got the DUI and ran into a tree near our drive way. It is now over at another mechanic’s garage…something about a security chip to get it to start. He has both sets of keys….haven’t heard anything yet. Wracking up towing charges though.
Hot and humid yesterday. Even the Farm Manager, Jonathon, said he’d open up the cooler door into the packing room….and we did just that. But the hen house is another story, my poor Miss Prissies were in 90 degrees heat (no idea what humidity was in there, but it was high) at one o’clock yesterday afternoon.
And I do stay hydrated, drank so much water, didn’t feel like eating my ham and cheese sandwich…but Ian didn’t let it go to waste.
Sad to say, but someone stole the marker off of Jason’s grave…..and more details of the accident are out, and yes alcohol was involved at a high rate of speed, there was no white car involved. Somehow, I knew this…Ian said yesterday that he thought Jason knew he wasn’t going to live a long life, I asked why, Ian said it was the way he lived….
And Jackie, thank you for thinking of me…think positive, I fake it till I make it.
Cxp…good for you, hope your new choppers work for you….I’d eat a steak after the healing process is over 🙂

Congratulations on the teeth. We certainly take them for granted until we can’t use them.
I swallowed a crown a few years ago and I never did find it. X-rays did not spot it but did find something else and for 3 weeks I lived in fear of cancer. I can’t imagine those who fight it daily.
Just a week or so ago a friend who makes dental appliances accidentally swallowed his. He ended up in the hospital and they had to surgically remove it. Painful in many areas, but he did lose a few pounds. I am grateful that something like that did not happen to me and hope it doesn’t happen to you.
The thing about Pokemon Go is that it’s getting people off their…sofas…and outside and talking to each other. I have a number of friends of all ages who are playing and having a great time. One young man even took “pictures” of several Pokemon in my back yard and sent to me. Made me laugh! 🙂
Someone explain to me how this works. Is it like Geo caching? Only virtual? I don’t understand Comatter games at all.
And another bookstore chain bites the dust. I liked these folks. When I lived in TN there was a store nearby in Murfreesboro. They had good selection of both new and used and excellent prices. If anybody lives near one, they should keep an eye out for closing sales.

Jackie, apparently a company related to Google has taken characters from older video games and combined a smart phone related game with Google’s mapping. The game makes the creatures appear on your phone screen when you point the camera at an area where they are supposed to be. That’s as much as I know or want to know about it. I never played the original game either.

There is one in Muskogee, OK just north of me. Music, movies, games, gift ware and books. The last of its type before Tulsa which means we probably have bookstores in Tulsa and Oklahoma City now.

I believe we did. But British tabloids apparently don’t report on US deaths unless gunfire is involved.

Jackie, no, they rescued two men in California who fell off a cliff while doing the Pokemon thing. But when I read it both were alive and in hospital.
